Erin focuses her attention on the homes for sale in the Sacramento and surrounding communities - especially Downtown / Midtown Sacramento, East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Tahoe Park, Arden, Carmichael, Rosemont / College Greens, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Foothill Farms, Citrus Heights, Antelope, and Elk Grove. She is also a skilled Sacramento short sale agent, having successfully negotiated and closed several of these highly unique transactions.

 

She is the appointed Vice Chair for 2009 of the Sacramento Association of Realtors "Young Professionals Council", an elected member of the 2009 SAR Masters Club Steering Committee, and is a graduate of the 2008 SAR Leadership Development Program.
